How are purchases shipped?
All our products are shipped from our central warehouse situated in Montreal, Quebec. Orders are shipped by Purolator Courier. Depending on availability, orders are shipped the day after they are processed. Depending on where the order is to be shipped, the delay will vary from 2 to 8 days. Orders may only be shipped to physical addresses. Sorry, no P.O. boxes!

Are products purchased on your site under warranty?
Yes, all products are guaranteed by the manufacturer. As well, all men’s and ladies’ shavers are guaranteed by Personal Edge/Centre du Rasoir for a period of 30 days. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions detailed in the customer service section of this site.

All our products are new, we do not carry any refurbished merchandise.

How can I pay for my on-line purchase?
At this time, we are accepting payment by Visa, Master Card and American Express. Once you have finished your shopping and are ready to pay, you will be redirected to the Mirapay website which will handle the transaction. No confidential credit card information is saved to the Centre du Rasoir or Personal Edge website. If the charge is not authorized or accepted, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice or liability.
Can a product that is not featured on your website be ordered?
If you wish to order a product that you do not see on the website and if we deal with that particular supplier/manufacturer, please send us an e-mail at info@cdrem.com. We will source that product for you and reply within 48 hours of your request.
