I forgot to buy my service plan with my product, can I still get one?
Yes, you can. You can purchase a service plan up to thirty (30) days after your purchase. Just bring in your receipt and we will be glad to extend the service warranty for that product.
What is your Return Policy?
In keeping with our efforts to provide outstanding customer service, all CDREM stores will provide a full refund for any product that meets all of the following criteria:

The product was purchased at a Personal Edge or Centre du Rasoir store
- The product was not ordered especially for the customer
- The product is returned complete with the original packaging
- It is within 30 days of purchase for Shavers and epilators or 14 days for all other products.
- The customer can present the original Sales receipt.
- Product from Saeco, Dannyco, Babyliss and automatic espresso machines must be unused.
Can I get my knives and scissors sharpened even though I bought them somewhere else?
Yes you can. Bring in all the knives and scissors that need sharpening to any one of our stores and our technicians will be happy to bring them back to top working condition.
