What is your return policy?

In keeping with our efforts to provide outstanding customer service, all CDREM stores will provide a full refund for any product that meets all of the following criteria:

The product was purchased at a Personal Edge or Centre du Rasoir store.

The product was not ordered especially for the customer.

The product is returned complete with the original packaging(except blister packaging) and all accompanying accessories.

It is within 30 days of purchase for Shavers and epilators or 14 days for all other products.

The customer can present the original Sales receipt.

Product from Saeco, Dannyco, Babyliss and automatic espresso machines must be unused.




N.B. Parts and special orders cannot be returned.
